For every thought I’ve had
Collecting dust on the shelf
I got a couple snow globes
For the places I’d like to go
That I got at the antique store

And all the posters that litter my walls
Of all the bands I’ll never get to see
They no longer play shows
But their music lives on
On the backs of my scratched cds

I sure have a few fridge magnets
Of some close (but not too close) relatives
I don’t know 'em that much at all
But they’ll still give me a call

I got some stamps that my grandmère she gave me
Tucked away safe and pristine
She says that they’re worth
Un gros montant
But I have a hard time believing
That that’s the truth

I sure have some shitty tattoos
That I got when I wasn’t quite there
They look kinda funny
And also quite scummy
And remind me that I’ll always make
